1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp demarara sugar, to taste
handful of mint
1/2 can of Grace ginger beer
- Mix ginger powder and sugar in a plate. Turn glass upside down and coat the rim in ginger mix.
- Muddle the mint leaves and put remaining ginger sugar mix, crushed ice and lime in a glass.
- Pour in ginger beer and top with guava juice. Stir and drink.
