Malt is one of those things that's similar to Marmite. You either love it or hate it. I'm one of those people who alternate between loving and hating it. At the moment I'm in my LOVE it phase and as a result I've been experimenting with it.
I'm only really used to having my malt ice cold with a bowl of pounded yam, okra and a ginger based tomato soup. However, when it comes to winter, ice cold supermalt just doesn't cut it. So I reimagined it as a warm drink and the product is a sweet, caramel like potion. On first try I recommend omitting the honey and adding as you see fit once you've tasted it.
This is a perfect as a night cap or as warm drinking in the evening. I hope you enjoy it.
