My blog covers food products, cookbooks and restaurants. Each post is a mix of food writing, styling (including props), photography and videography. I am open to collaborations with other bloggers as well as creating sponsored content for brands however before emailing please check my coverage, reviews & interview policy.
Although I do not hold regular pop-up events I am happy to work with other chefs, food brands, clubs, magazines and charities (at a discount) to host a collaborative brunch or supper club. I will work with you to create a bespoke seasonal menu for your event ensuring that there is a West African feel to the food.
I also offer private catering for your home whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Depending on the nature of the event the cooking can be done offsite or onsite.
In addition to the above I also provide a more hands-on experience in the form of cooking classes and cooking demos. Classes are made as simple as possible keeping in mind people who may not have experienced Nigerian or West African food before. Classes are mainly held in London and Surrey but can be held in other parts of the UK on request.
